I'd also suggest adding a link to publiclibraries.com, which is the easiest to remember url for library web pages.

Also, is there a good page with a simple url for library chat and IM reference pages? There's a great list at http://www.libsuccess.org/index.php?title=Online_Reference#Libraries_Using_Virtual_Reference_Services

I guess I could tiny url it. Do you find this valuable?
